There are lots of different ways you can learn about what is going or get involved - whether you would like to contribute your ideas to shaping future healthcare, or to tell us about your experiences of the services you have recently used.

How to get in touch

We have an active Twitter account which is monitored 9-5 Monday to Friday. Tweet us @Knowsley_CCG.
How are we doing?
Your feedback, compliments or concerns, are key to ensuring we know if we are getting it right and when we are getting it wrong.
You can contact us directly. Find out how by clicking here.
You can also share your views via Healthwatch Knowsley.
Healthwatch is an independent national champion for people who use health and social care services, making sure people are at the heart of care planning and delivery. You can get in touch with them by visiting their website at www.healthwatchknowsley.co.uk or by phone on 0151 449 3954.
Attend our meetings
You can also learn more about what we do by attending our Governing Body meetings which are held in public. We run a short session with the public before the actual meeting takes place which gives an overview of what will be discussed at the meeting.
Here is a sample public briefing.
Everybody is welcome to attend and the Chair always leaves time for questions from the public at the end of the meeting.
For dates of future meetings and papers of previous meetings please click here.
Our Primary Care Committee meetings are also held in public. Further details can be found here.
Current and Previous Engagement Exercises
Sometimes, the CCG will formally seek your views on a piece of work we are carrying out.
We will publish details of consultation and how we engaged during consultations along with other work we carry out. You will be able to find this information on this website in the News section, or on our Twitter account and in the local media.
You can find out about any live programmes the CCG is currently running and details of the ways you can get involved, by clicking here. Also visit this page to see examples of earlier programmes where we have asked for your views and how they have been used to shape our work.
There are also opportunities for you to participate in consultations and engagement work undertaken by other health and social care organisations.

Join your GP Patient Participation Group (PPG)
All GP Practices in Knowsley have Patient Participation Groups. These groups enable patients to have their say about services at their practice. Why not ask your GP Practice for details?
Meet the Commissioner
These interactive events are hosted by Healthwatch Knowsley and are our chance to talk to you about our latest projects and plans, and hear what you think.
The views we gain from these events provide important information about the services we currently commission and inform our thinking about potential changes or developments to services.
You can find out more about previous and upcoming Meet the Commissioner events by visiting Healthwatch Knowsley’s event page, here: www.healthwatchknowsley.co.uk/events.
How else would you like to get involved?
We are always interested in hearing about new ways to involve people. So, if you have an idea about what more we can do, why not drop us an email, give us a call or mention us on Twitter?
