We will contact you about our any forthcoming events or opportunities for you to get involved.

Meet the Commissioner

These interactive events are hosted by Healthwatch and are our chance to talk to you about our latest projects and plans, and hear what you think.

The views we gain from these events inform our thinking about changes or developments to services.

You can find out more about previous and upcoming Meet the Commissioner events by visiting Knowsley Healthwatch website: www.healthwatchknowsley.co.uk

Current and Previous Engagement Exercises

We want to involve our patients and our wider population in the decisions that we need to make about buying the right services for people living in Knowsley.

We will be publishing details of consultation activity and events on this website and in the local press but if you would like to go on our mailing list and hear first-hand about activity and events please provide your contact details

Join your GP Patient Participation Group (PPG)

All GP Practices in Knowsley have Patient Participation Groups. These groups enable patients to have their say about services at their practice and hear about our wider work. Why not ask your GP Practice if it has a group how you can join?

Attend our Governing Body Meetings

You can also learn more about what we do by attending our Governing Body meetings which are held in public. We also run a short session with the public before the actual meeting takes place which gives an overview of what will be discussed at the meeting.

Everybody is welcome to attend and the Chair always leaves time for questions from the public at the end of the meeting.

For dates of future meetings and papers of previous meetings please click here.

Our Primary Care Committee meetings are also held in public. Further details can be found here.

Tell us about the service you have received through the Knowsley Healthwatch Feedback Centre

Knowsley CCG has worked with Healthwatch Knowsley to provide an online feedback centre for patients to tell us about the service they have received.

Service providers are able to see the comments and reply to thank patients for positive feedback and also resolve any concerns raised.

Reports can be generated through the feedback centre highlighting trends in the information received and Healthwatch share these with Knowsley CCG and also directly with the service provider.

Please click here for the Feedback Centre
