Two Merseyside Trusts appeal to people in Knowsley for feedback on services

Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust want to find out what people in Knowsley think about some of their key services.

Understanding people’s experiences of these services will help the Trusts, both of which are part-funded by Knowsley Clinical Commissioning Group, ensure they are delivering quality care that meets the needs of the Knowsley population, both now and in the future.

Focus is on the following services:

• Clinical Haematology – The service treats patients with blood disorders.

• Ear, Nose and Throat services

• Dermatology – This service deals with the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions.

• Gastroenterology – This service deals with disorders of the stomach and intestines.

• General Surgery – This service deals with with the abdominal contents including esophagus, stomach, small bowel, colon, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, appendix, bile ducts and the thyroid gland.

• Nephrology – This service deals with the diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases.

• Radiology – This service uses medical imaging such as x-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound and angiography, to diagnose and treat diseases or injuries.

If you have used any of these services at; the Royal Liverpool, Broadgreen or Aintree hospitals, and would be willing to share your experiences, the Trusts would like to invite you to meet them at one of the sessions below. If you have used multiple services and would like to share your experiences about each, you are welcome to attend multiple sessions.
