Liverpool CCG want to know what you think about Healthy Liverpool

Liverpool CCG  want to know what you think about Healthy Liverpool – the biggest change to health and care in the city for a generation.

This major plan to improve the health of Liverpool people, has had input from doctors and NHS staff and people right across the city. We’ve worked up the plans in response to that feedback and are now asking you to help shape proposals for these topics:

Living Well – physical activity
Community Services – GP appointments, social aspects of health and care closer to home
Hospital Services – co-ordinating teams from different hospitals to improve care and access
Urgent and Emergency Care – supporting people when they need help right away
Digital Technology – creating your own health record

You can find out what’s being proposed in FAQs, animations, blogs and films and you can let us know what you think via surveys, posting comments or adding to a map on the Healthy Liverpool website. We’ll be asking for views right up until 20th March and we’ll keep updating information on the website over that time.

If on-line isn’t your thing, we’re also holding events right across the city and we’d love it if you could join us. The dates are below and you can book on an event by clicking the link. Each event will talk about the whole Healthy Liverpool plan and then focus on one of the key topics. There are three events for each topic and these will be the same each time. If you are interested in more than one topic you are most welcome to come to an event for each.

Clicking a link below will register you to that event. To register multiple people, please click here. . Refreshments will be provided. If you have any special requirements that we need to be aware of, such as large print text, a hearing loop etc., please send us an email at: involvement@liverpoolccg.nhs.uk or call on 0151 296 7537.
